Celebrating Our Past ~ Embracing God’s Future
St. Bede’s Stewardship Campaign 2008

Dear Parishioners of St. Bede’s,
At St. Bede’s Episcopal Church, we are blessed to have so many assets and gifts: Compassionate, caring staff and clergy who help us share the Good News of God in Christ; a beautiful and unique Nave; an improved Commons area with new flooring and glorious stained glass; a comprehensive music program with opportunities for children and adults; and Christian Education programs for all ages. These are just a few of the ways this congregation has been blessed.
As your Vestry, our goals of maintaining and upgrading the facility will be extended into 2008. Among the projects: the refurbishing of our kitchen and the improvement and revitalization of the Undercroft. These improvements will greatly enhance our fellowship experience, and hopefully attract visitors and newcomers. The on-going improvement of the grounds has contributed to that end and enhancing our visibility will continue to be one of our goals.
We have already mentioned our many gifts and assets, but the greatest and most important assets are St. Bede’s parishioners. All of us through our talent, time, effort, devotion, and monetary support make the ministries of our parish possible. Your generosity is greatly and humbly appreciated – especially the financial support of our church by your pledge.
Enclosed with this letter is a pledge card and envelope in support of our 2008 Stewardship Campaign: Celebrating Our Past ~ Embracing God’s Future. We are asking that you return your pledge by Wednesday, November 14th. Please help us continue to share the glory of God through the ministries of this Church, and thank you for blessing us with your gifts.
