Adult Christian Ed for Eastertide Images of Healing

Our Christian faith invites us to seek healing and to live in ways that promote healing. This series will explore different images and practices of healing from a variety of perspectives. We will explore healing in the Christian tradition, healing within families and relationships, in our care of the environment, and in our frenzied relationship with time. We will also hear stories of healing from St. Bede’s parishioners. Come join us during this Easter season.

Honor your mother or any other special woman on Mother’s Day, May 11, by bringing a bag of food to church in her name. Any non-perishable groceries are welcome. Forms for dedicating your food offering are available in the Commons.

ST. BEDE’S PRAYER LIST: If you have someone to be placed on the prayer list, please call the Church Office 770-938-9797. A person may be placed on the prayer list by filling out a prayer request slip found on the table in front of the church office, by calling the office and speaking to a priest or parish administrator or by using the on line request form.

Children’s Worship is for children age 3 through first grade and takes place immediately following the Sunday school hour. After a playground break, children participate in a simple liturgy with prayer and

music in Room 101. The children are then brought into the Nave at the Peace to rejoin their parents. Childcare is available for children under 3 in the nursery.
