What is it? Who can come? How much is it? Can I volunteer?

WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?

Across the church, the call to care for creation has been growing. This year’s VBS is environmentally focused. Children and adults alike can expect to grow in faith, have fun, and change the world as they practice stewardship of God’s creation. Many of the activities have an outward focus toward service with and in our local community and the world. We will “think globally and act locally” every single day!

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

VBS is for children in rising Pre-K through rising 6th grades. Children must be four years old by 9/1/2010 to attend. Download and fill out the Participant/Registration Form (pdf file)

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The cost is $25.00 for the first child then $15.00 for each additional sibling. Registration will not be accepted without payment. Checks can be made out to St. Bede’s VBS. Please fill out a yellow registration form for each child who will be attending.

St. Bede’s is offering an extended day lunch option for an additional $5 per day per child. Children can bring a sack lunch and stay until 1:00 p.m. for lunch and extra play time.

Mark your calendars for ReNew: The Green VBS™ scheduled for June 21-25! We need many volunteers inorder to have a successful Vacation Bible School. All ages are welcome from rising 7th graders to adults. Volunteer Form (pdf file)

There are many volunteer opportunities available. If you have younger children who will not be four years old by September 1, 2010, a nursery is provided.
Two volunteer training sessions will be held (dates TBA). I
